In 2022, our lives were split in two. The sound of explosions, the fear in my three children’s eyes, and a heavy uncertainty forced us to leave our home in Ukraine. We arrived in Canada not just as immigrants, but as people who had lost everything except our faith. With no connections, no stable income, three young children to care for, and a heart aching for my homeland, we started from a blank page.
The First Steps: A $122 Capital and Unbreakable Will
The idea for this business was born not from wealth, but from a deep longing for home. With only $122 in initial capital, I rented a small shelf in an ice cream shop. I hand-pinched the first batches of pierogies while my children slept, folding hope for the future into every single one.

I have ever had. Raised in Oshawa during fiesta week with armies of Polish and Ukrainian grandmother's making CR by the 1000's and here in this tony town I experienced the holy grail of CR. Thank you for a wonderful meal and the feeling of being a kid again. 10/10 highly recommend. (Even if ur in London. Make the trip.)
Stopped in on a whim while traveling from Michigan to Vermont. My family of 3 got an order of mixed pierogies and a cabbage roll. They were all delicious! The onion sauce on the pierogies was delicious.
Service is super friendly and prompt. Definitely some great pierogies! Will be back for more.
